Preheat the oven to 230°C.
In a bowl, add the chicken wings, flour, baking powder, cayenne, salt and garlic powder. Toss to coat the chicken.
Arrange on a wire rack and place in the middle of the oven. Bake for 25 minutes, then take them out and turn them over. Bake for a further 20 minutes.
Five minutes or so before the chicken is ready, make the sauce. Melt the butter in a pan, add the hot sauce and honey. Heat until the mixture simmers.
Take the chicken out of the oven and place in a dish, and pour the sauce over. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
